The car
A one-owner 2020 Ferrari 488 Pista showing 4,195 miles, manufactured by Ferrari S.p.A. in June 2019 as serial 248335. The Personalization Specifications plaque in the front luggage compartment records the car in full: Rosso Corsa DS 322 with the Argento Nürburgring two-tone stripe, Extra-Range interior, and twenty-five option codes. Carbon fibre runs to the front flaps, side air splitters, front air vents, underdoor covers, rear moulding and upper console trim, with 'Scuderia Ferrari' shields, yellow callipers, 20-inch forged wheels and the Adaptive Frontlight System. Inside, Daytona racing seats in large size with seat lifter, Nero 8500 leather with Rosso 0504 stitching and Cavallino-stitched headrests, Rosso belts, the aluminium rev counter, suspension lifter, parking camera, navigation and integrated audio. The 488 Pista's 3,902 cc V8 was developed from the 488 Challenge racing engine; Ferrari quoted a 1,280 kg dry weight, 0–100 km/h in 2.85 seconds and a Fiorano lap of 1:21.5.
